James Irvine
DIRECTOR
James is a keen rugby fan and is a Director of Rugby at Brixham Rugby Club. He also enjoys sunny holidays and time with his family.
Declan Bailey
DIRECTOR
Declan enjoys life by the sea, keeping fit and travelling in his spare time and would like to find the time to build his own house one day.
Jacob Lawrence
DIRECTOR
Outside of work, Jacob is kept busy spending time with his family. His other interests are playing rugby, squash and gig rowing.
Jason Groves
CONTRACT MANAGER / ESTIMATOR
I have a very busy and varied life; I enjoy classic car restoration, the favourite being classic minis. A great family life, enjoying concerts, weekends away, a home that is a madhouse of caring for chickens, cats, ducks, rabbits in our garden.
Gary McCoy
Contract Manager
Gary's spare time is spent on the coast with the family in their static caravan. This lets Gary have the chance to be on the water on his Stand Up Paddle board and relaxing with family. He has a keen interest in all water and motor sports.
Steve Barter
Maintenance Manager
Steve spends most weekends from early Spring through to Autumn spent afloat in a fishing boat off the port of Brixham and providing dive cover for his sons when the water clarity is good. Other activities afloat is netting or angling
Kat Groves
OFFICE MANAGER
In her spare time, Kat enjoys reading, gardening, visiting places of historical interest and is involved in local Amateur dramatics.
Hazel Blease
Admin Assistant
Hazel is an aerobics, cardio cycling, dog walking fanatic and enjoys socialising with family and friends at every opportunity. Hazel also enjoys travelling and sunny holidays.
Richard Dugdale
Mechanical Estimator
Richard enjoys attending music festivals, socialising with friends and walking his dog in the Devon countryside.
Lewis Wells

Lewis is an Ex Royal Engineer, who is a keen rugby player, currently playing for Saltash. A very keen Spear Fisher (in the summer months) and enjoys walking his French Bulldog named Francis.
